These Terms and Conditions define the rights and responsibilities related to the services provided, the use of images, and the protection of privacy.

2.1. All photographs taken by Nando Spiezia Photography are copyrighted works and remain the exclusive property of the studio.
2.2. Clients may not modify, distribute, or use the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the studio.

3.1. Clients are granted a license for personal use of the images, which includes:

Printing the images for personal use.
Sharing with friends and family.
Publishing on personal social media profiles, with attribution to Nando Spiezia Photography where possible.
3.2. It is prohibited to remove or alter any watermarks, trademarks, or metadata embedded in the images.

4.1. Nando Spiezia Photography reserves the right to use the images created for promotional purposes, including:

Publishing on the official website and the studio's social media profiles.
Participating in photography exhibitions and publishing on blogs or industry magazines.
Presenting in portfolios or marketing materials.
4.2. Clients may request the exclusion of their images from such uses by notifying the studio before the photography service begins.

5.1. The studio is committed to capturing the main moments of the event based on a program agreed upon with the client. Any last-minute changes to the schedule may affect coverage.
5.2. Nando Spiezia Photography does not guarantee the capture of all possible moments unless included in the agreed instructions.
5.3. Full coverage of all guests at the event is not guaranteed. Priority will be given to immediate family, wedding witnesses, and other individuals of significant importance as agreed with the couple. Any specific requests or priority guest lists must be communicated to the studio at least 7 days before the event.

6.1. On the wedding day, Nando Spiezia Photography works discreetly to capture authentic and meaningful moments, adapting to any unforeseen conditions, such as lighting variations or weather conditions.
6.2. Post-production of the images includes careful selection and artistic refinement to create a complete and engaging visual narrative of the entire day.
6.3. Unforeseen events, such as unfavorable weather conditions, will be considered creative opportunities to further enhance the images and deliver unique and memorable results.

7.1. The studio will retain the original digital files for a minimum period of 12 months after the delivery of the service. After this period, storage is not guaranteed.
7.2. It is recommended to use secure storage devices or cloud services to ensure long-term preservation of the images.

8.1. Nando Spiezia Photography guarantees the respect of clients' privacy and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8.2. Personal data and images will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
8.3. Clients may at any time request restrictions on the use of their images or the removal of published content, notifying the studio through the provided contact details. Requests for restrictions or removal will be evaluated and processed within a maximum period of 30 working days.

9.1. In case of disputes regarding the photography service, the parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution.
9.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Torre Annunziata (NA).

10.1. Clients are responsible for providing clear and timely information regarding the day's schedule, locations, and the people involved.
10.2. It is prohibited to modify or alter the images without written authorization from the studio.

Nando Spiezia Photography is not responsible for:

Any delays or technical issues caused by factors beyond the control of the studio (such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen events).
Any technical malfunctions or failures of photographic equipment. In these cases, the studio will make every effort to mitigate the damage by using backup equipment or alternative solutions, where available.
The photographer will prioritize the most significant moments and specific requests agreed upon with the client. In the absence of precise instructions provided before the event, the studio will use its professional judgment to decide what to capture, in line with its artistic style.
