Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of this website and describe the general conditions of the photography services offered by Nando Spiezia, sole proprietorship trading as Nando Spiezia Photography. For each wedding, the signed contract sets out the specific conditions: if anything here differs from the contract, the contract prevails.

Photographs, texts, design and logos on this site are protected by copyright and belong to Nando Spiezia Photography. You may not copy, reuse, modify or distribute them, including to train artificial intelligence systems, without my written consent. You are welcome to share links to the pages.

The collections described on the site are starting points and can be customised. Descriptions are indicative and are not a binding offer. Availability for your date and prices are confirmed only in a written, personalised proposal. A date is reserved only once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.

All photographs taken by Nando Spiezia Photography are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the studio. Clients may not modify them, distribute them or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Clients receive a licence to use the images for personal purposes, which includes:

• printing them for personal use;
• sharing them with friends and family;
• publishing them on personal social media profiles, crediting Nando Spiezia Photography where possible.

Removing or altering any watermark, logo or metadata embedded in the images is not allowed.

Nando Spiezia Photography may use the images it creates for promotional purposes, including the website and the studio's social media, exhibitions, blogs and industry magazines, portfolios and marketing materials. Clients who prefer to exclude their images can ask for it in writing before the service begins.

I photograph the main moments of the day following the programme agreed with you; last-minute changes may affect coverage. I cannot guarantee that every moment or every guest will be photographed: priority goes to close family, witnesses and the people you point out. Please send any specific requests or priority lists at least 7 days before the wedding.

On the day I work discreetly, adapting to changing light and weather. Post-production includes a careful selection of the images and an artistic edit that tells the whole day. RAW files and unedited footage are not included.

In case of illness or force majeure, the lead photographer may be replaced by a professional of equal level from my trusted team. You will always be informed.

The studio keeps the original digital files for at least 12 months after delivery; after that, storage is not guaranteed. I recommend keeping your gallery on secure devices or cloud services.

Clients are responsible for providing clear and timely information about the schedule, locations and people involved, and may not modify the images without the studio's written consent.

Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. I am not responsible for temporary interruptions of the website, for the content of external sites linked from it, or for events beyond my control that prevent the service from being carried out, which are handled as set out in the contract.

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy. Clients can ask at any time to limit the use of their images or to remove published content; requests are handled within 30 working days.

These terms are governed by Italian law. In case of disagreement, we will first try to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the Court of Torre Annunziata (Naples) has jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers, including their right to go to the court where they live.
