We started on balconies and staircases looking down to the sea, then crossed the main square in front of the cathedral and the old lanes of the town.
At sunset they stood at a railing above the coast and read their vows from handwritten letters, laughing, with the mountains turning pink behind them.
Then the gardens, the church doors and the terrace of Palazzo Avino, until the evening ended on old stone steps. Two people, one evening, a whole story.
