The morning was calm and classic: the groom fastening his cufflinks and tie, the bride in a white robe, her bridesmaids lifting the long veil above her, a bouquet of peach and orange roses.

Her father walked her out laughing on a terrace with Vesuvius across the gulf, and after the ceremony the couple came out through cheering guests, her veil flying. Portraits followed on terraces high above the beach, against the rock face and on the sand below the town.

At Castello Giusso the guests watched the sun set over the gulf, before a first dance under string lights and palm trees and a party that went on late. Photographed in an editorial and documentary style, in colour and black and white.
