The bridesmaids spent the morning in floral pyjamas with spritzes and film cameras; the bride got ready in a lace slip, the bridesmaids fastening her gown before she stepped out in front of a carved wooden door.

The ceremony was held on the terrace facing the town, with the guests seated between the flowers and the sea, and the bridesmaids in powder blue. Portraits followed at the railing in the golden light of late afternoon.

Dinner was set under a pergola hung with crystal chandeliers, on sage green linen with hydrangeas and candles, followed by speeches, the cake at night and disposable cameras passed around the party. Photographed in an editorial and documentary style, in colour and black and white, the gallery is a Positano wedding at its most classic.
